Legends involving Biblical characters

In the alternative verson of the legend of Belintash, it is said that during the great flood the huge stone formation of Belintash gave shelter to Noa’s arc from the horrendous waves. The rings of rock to which the ship has been tied are clearly visible. In the Italian legend about Alba, one of the seven Archangels - St. Michael together with the Virgin Mary help Alba to land unhurt at the bottom of the precipice.
